- Two large chicken breasts, cut in cubes. (will serve 4 people)
- 2 eggs, beaten.
- Salt, pepper (according to one’s taste)
- Sugar, ½ cup
- Vinegar, 1 cup.
- Soy sauce, 1 cup.
- Capsicum, 1 whole sliced in long strips.
- Tomato ketchup, ½ cup.
- Garlic, crushed and chopped into tiny pieces.
Mix the chicken cubes with desired amount of salt and pepper. Dip the cubes into the beaten eggs and then coat them with cornstarch. Lightly fry them in hot oil, until they are cooked through. Pull them out and set them aside.
Take another saucepan, and pour a little amount of oil on it. Toss the chopped garlic onto it and cook until lightly golden. At this stage, pour the vinegar followed by the soy sauce. Next, add sliced capsicum as well. Add the tomato ketchup along with the sugar, and slowly stir the mixture until thoroughly combined. Add the chicken afterwards, and stir for a little while to make sure the sauce covers the cubes. After that, light out the fire and enjoy an amazing treat.
